The year 2025 is drawing to a close. We look back with great gratitude – and at the same time look forward with enthusiasm. We are grateful for your visits and your support, and we are eager to surprise you with new ideas and offers in the future.
Now things are quieting down. Christmas and the season of reflection are approaching.
The past few years have been challenging for the hotel industry in Baden. It is often assumed that individual businesses benefit from the closures of other establishments.
But the opposite is true: the negative headlines of recent months and years have damaged our location and the overall tourist offering.
Yet tourism is so much more than just a hotel bed. We are fortunate to have a diverse network of great partners in Baden – in the hotel industry, gastronomy, culture, leisure and entertainment. Together, we remain committed to ensuring that Baden continues to offer an attractive and vibrant range of tourist attractions despite all the developments.
My wish – and at the same time my request – for Christmas is therefore:

We are taking a short break again this year.
From 3 p.m. on 21 December until 26 December inclusive, our office will be closed for a well-deserved company holiday.
During this time, our reception desk will be available by telephone and email daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (there will be no reception service on 24 December).
We will be back as usual from 7 a.m. on 27 December.
