The At the Park Hotel also includes 6 modern seminar rooms that are available for groups up to 100 people.

Celebrate your events at the At the Park Hotel. Our rooms, ranging between 40m² to 125m² in size, are the perfect venue for every kind of occasion. Our seminar rooms “Casino”, “Kurpark”, “Theatre”, “Kuppelsaal” and “Bibliothek” are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, different seating options, access to an terrace (in some cases), individually controlled ventilation systems with fresh air (no recirculation!), as well as air conditioning.

Our “Show Kitchen”, another creative space in the At the Park Hotel, represents the perfect location for teambuilding workshops or incentives. Whether you prefer hearty meals or organic dishes, our staff will freshly prepare everything you need for the day in our centrally located seminar lounge with 70 m². No matter what the occasion or topic may be, our priority is to supply our seminar guests with everything they need for a successful event. We would be happy to organize your seminar events and we will definitely find the right seminar package for you.

HALF-DAY PACKAGE

  • Access to the seminar room for a half day
  • Audiovisual technology including video beamer, flipcharts, 1 speaker kit, pin walls, notepads & pens
  • Free Wifi in the hotel area
  • The following food is available for the entire duration of the seminar: Coffee, milk, plant milk, specialty teas, fruit juice, Vöslauer mineral water still/sparkling 0,75l, fresh fruit & nuts as well as sweet things
  • One coffee break during the morning or afternoon
  • 3-course lunch buffet or menu including non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea & Red Bull© not included)
  • € 50,- per person without lunch
  • € 60,- per person incl. lunch

Please note that under a number of participants of 10 people in addition to the seminar package, a room rent will be charged depending on the size of the room.

Seminar & event facilities

The event locations “Casino” and “Kurpark” are the main rooms in our seminar area. Both rooms have a direct access to the adjacent terrace which offers great views to the Kurpark and the Casino Baden. The “Casino” event location stretches over 50m² and offers space for up to 45 people. “Kurpark” can host groups of up to 65 people on 75m². A separating wall makes it possible to divide both rooms into individual and soundproof units, or combine them into a large space with 125m².

Our “Kuppelsaal” event room with 70m² is located on the top floor of the house and, with its unique view over the spa park of Baden, the casino and the summer arena, probably offers the most spectacular setting in Baden and for your event. State-of-the-art video and audio technology, air conditioning, their own cloakroom and toilets, and a small roof terrace are available to our guests here.
