We would like to inform you that our hotel has recently been the target of a cyberattack. As a result, fraudulent emails have been sent in the name of our hotel asking guests to make advance payments to a foreign bank account.
These emails were not sent by us. Please do not make any payments to the bank account specified in these emails and do not click on any links contained within them.
Our IT specialists are working intensively to investigate the incident and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At this stage, we are unfortunately not yet able to determine exactly which guest data may have been affected. As soon as we have confirmed information, we will inform any affected guests without delay.
As soon as we have reliable and verified information available, we will fulfil our legal obligations and promptly submit the required notifications to the Data Protection Authority and the police.
We deeply regret this incident and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Protecting our guests’ data is of the utmost importance to us, and we are taking all necessary steps to resolve the situation and strengthen our security measures.
If you have received a suspicious email or have any questions regarding a payment request, please contact us directly before making any payment.
Thank you for your understanding and your continued trust.
