Our location is easily accessible by public transport.
If you arrive by public transportation or on foot, we will thank you with a small gift.
Arrival by public transport:
From Baden train station, take the Badenerbahn in the direction of Baden Josefsplatz (keep left) and get off at the Josefsplatz stop.
Walking route from Josefsplatz:
Walk southeast and turn left into Frauengasse (approx. 160 m). Follow Frauengasse until you reach the main square with the plague column (approx. 7 m). Continue straight ahead across the main square and along Theresiengasse (approx. 150 m). Turn right into Kaiser Franz-Ring. Your destination is on the left.
Walking route from Erzherzog Wilhelm-Ring:
Head northeast onto Palffygasse and follow this street for about 600 meters, turning right once to stay on the street. Then turn left onto Antonsgasse and continue to Pfarrplatz. From there, continue toward Kaiser Franz-Ring, where you will find your destination on the right.
Parking lot
Due to the limited capacity of parking spaces, a parking reservation is not possible. If you use the parking place, we charge additionally €15,00 / night and car.
Accessibility & Barrier-free access
Our hotel is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance, the side entrance and the car park, as well as all floors, lifts and rooms. For further information on room sizes and facilities, please contact our reception before your arrival. A marked parking space for disabled persons is available in the car park directly next to the side entrance. We kindly ask you to make a reservation by telephone in advance. A shower stool is available in all our rooms and you can request a grab bar for the shower or WC from our housekeeping or reception.
Air conditioning
Our house has 12 air-conditioned rooms in 5 categories. Please tell us at your reservation if we can reserve a room with air conditioning for you. Booking is subject to availability.
Gastronomy & catering
Breakfast Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., weekends & public holidays until 11:30 a.m. Reservation necessary for external guests!
Hotel bar & café open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Kitchen / bar menu until 10:00 p.m.
Lunch offer “Tagesteller” Monday to Friday 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Reservation necessary for all guests!
Check-in & Check-out
Check-In from 2:30 pm until 11:00 pm| Check-Out ab 07:00 until 11:00 am

Local city tax
The local tax of € 2,90 will be charged separately per person & night. All rates are incl. VAT and service. The hotel is able to change prices, if there are any tax adjustments or inflation changes after the cocnclusion of the contract.
In the occasion of a VAT adjustment or an inflation-related changing in pricement after the conclusion of the contract, the legal VAT rate at the time of the service shall apply or the hotel has the right to adjust the pricing proportionately in accordance with the provision of services.
**From January 1, 2026, the tourist tax will be 3.00€ per night per person.
